Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all skincare items are final sale.

Because our products are topical and personal-care items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been shipped. This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@simplysarahjane.us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is due to our error.

Allergies & Sensitivities

We recommend reviewing all ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. While our products are made with simple, thoughtfully chosen ingredients, individual reactions can vary. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
