Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer shipping via trusted carriers. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability will be clearly indicated at checkout when offered.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Simply Sarah-Jane is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
